Sustainability of the Beef Industry

Your task today is to present your industry/lifestyle choice to the rest of the class. It is your group’s responsibility to “sell” your industry/lifestyle choice to a panel of judges chaired by members of each group and your teacher. You will also be responsible for responding, to the best of your ability, to any questions that they may have. Ensure that during your presentation your group addresses each of the following questions:

 

• What are the current practices associated with your industry/lifestyle choice?

• What costs associated with your industry/lifestyle choice?

• What are some possible health concerns & benefits?

• Are current practices are sustainable and if not, what changes could be made to make them sustainable?
